For many years I have been a member of a panel who meet with the Joint Council of Qualifications to consider, from an assessor’s point of view, the implications of any changes to the JCQ access arrangements regulations.
I can provide training on the latest JCQ Updates for SENCos, Access Arrangements Administrators, SEN departments, Heads of Centre and Senior Leadership Teams, and assessors either individually or in groups.
Both Face to Face and Online Training are available.
The Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) is a UK-based community interest company that represents eight major qualification providers, including AQA, CCEA, City & Guilds, Edexcel, NCFE, OCR, SQA, and WJEC. It acts as a unified voice for these organizations, overseeing standards for GCSE, GCE, Scottish Highers, and vocational qualifications. JCQ ensures consistent examination administration, monitors invigilation, and supports examination officers.

I have been assessing for the JCQ and the previous JCGQ since 1990
